HPV PCR Panel

The HPV PCR panel is designed for multiplex in vitro assessment of three high risk human papilloma virus (HPV) strains, and human beta globin (HBB) internal control, using nucleic acid amplification. Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dye. Positive controls included. Amplification reagents included.
