This pharmacogenomics assay detects SNP variants of CYP3A5 (rs776746) that are associated with captopril (Lisonopril). This is designed for multiplex in vitro assessment, using nucleic acid amplification. Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dye. Positive controls included. Amplification reagents included.
