This pharmacogenomics assay detects SNP variants of DPYD (rs3918290, rs55886062, rs67376798, rs75017182) that are associated with Fluorouracil/Capecitabine. This is designed for multiplex in vitro assessment, using nucleic acid amplification. Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dye. Positive controls included. Amplification reagents included.
