3-Day Technical Support and Training for RUO products

Appropriate for SOP’s using a 384-well qPCR instrument. This consists of 8 hours technical consultation pre-install, 8-10 hours onsite install, and 8 hours post-install support. Activities include, but are not limited to supporting the lab director to:

Train staff on research protocols, instrumentation, sample prep and data analytics
Assess equipment
Draft evaluation plans
Consult on correlation and stability studies
Perform data analysis
Compile reports and validation summaries
Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies

4-Day Technical Support and Training for RUO products

Appropriate for SOP’s using a 96-well qPCR instrument. This consists of 8 hours technical consultation pre-install, 16-20 hours onsite install, and 8 hours post-install support. Activities include, but are not limited to supporting the lab director to:

Train staff on research protocols, instrumentation, sample prep and data analytics
Assess equipment
Draft evaluation plans
Consult on correlation and stability studies
Perform data analysis
Compile reports and validation summaries

Appropriate when extended onsite support is needed and is purchased with onsite 3-4 Day technical and support skus above.

This consists of 8-10 hours onsite support.
