Emerging UTI PCR Panel 2

The emerging UTI PCR Panel 2 is designed for multiplex in vitro assessment of four emerging uropathogens (see target list), using nucleic acid amplification. Following nucleic acid extraction, the targets are amplified by real-time PCR (qPCR) and detected via fluorescent dye. Positive controls included. Amplification reagents included.
